Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Hemflow (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms form a legal agreement between you and Hemflow. We may update these Terms from time to time and will notify you by email or in-app notification.

Hemflow is a property investment and management platform designed for Nordic property owners and investors. The Service allows you to track properties, renovation projects, tenants, leases and deal opportunities.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.

Each account is for individual use. Sharing accounts or credentials with others is prohibited unless using the Business plan's team invitation feature.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. Accounts created with false information may be terminated without notice.

You may not use Hemflow to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our data or UI without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data
• Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code from the Service
• Use the Service in a way that could damage, overload, or impair our infrastructure

All content, trademarks, and technology within Hemflow are the property of Hemflow or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.

You retain ownership of all data you enter into Hemflow. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Service.

Hemflow is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Financial data and valuations displayed in Hemflow are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial or investment advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hemflow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts.
